Dub 10’s Part 2

Here is where the tramp work is done.  A tramp is the best tool but you may be able to do some of this off of a diving board or other means of getting in the air. These exercises are part of the process to learning backside double 10s. It is important to be proficient in each step before going to the next. The rider in the video is 12 year old Karis Stang.

here is the trick list

-front flip 180, gymnasts call it a front half, spin in your backside direction and perform it tucked to get the grab.

-Front flip 360, gymnasts call it a front full

-Front flip 180 to back flip

-5 back flips 5 bounces

-front flip 180 to back flip 5 times for 10 total bounces

-front flip 180 to back flip 180 make both tricks tucked

we will learn to perform this in the side ways direction to make it more of a snowboard cork in part 3
